I am excited to be joining the Special Education Dept.

I began my career teaching middle school in Grand Prairie ISD.  During the past twenty-two years I have also taught in Aledo, Liberty-Eylau, Waxahachie, Mansfield, and most recently, Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD. I have taught multiple subjects at the intermediate and middle school levels.  I am looking forward to teaching high school.

I have been happily married for twenty-one years to my husband, Jay.  He is the Athletic Director for NLISD.  We have one grown daughter, Mackenzie.  We also have four dogs (our fur-babies).

In my spare time, I enjoy attending sporting events, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
