I graduated from Roxton High School in Roxton in 1998, TX. After that, I attended Paris Junior College where I received my Associate Degree in 2003. After a very long break, I earned my Bachelor Degree from Texas A&M University – Commerce in 2019.

This is my third year teaching but my 7th year with the district. Currently, I teach Resource level Algebra I, Geometry, and Financial Math as well as on-level Financial Math. I am also the 12^th Grade caseworker for our Special Education Department.

When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy such things as playing sports, walking through nature, finding fossils/minerals and watching movies together. I also enjoy gaming with my son. When I need time to relax and get away I turn to music. It does indeed soothe the savage beast. I sing at church as well as play keyboard and guitar.
