The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department at North Lamar ISD is dedicated to preparing students for success in college, careers, and life. P-TECH is an innovative program that creates clear pathways from high school to college and career for young people from all academic backgrounds. Students will graduate high school with a high school diploma and have the opportunity to earn industry and educational certifications.

North Lamar ISD P-TECH is focused around the high demand program of study nursing science. Students at North Lamar ISD have the opportunity to apply to the P-TECH program during their eighth and ninth grade years !
