If you played Paris Optimist Baseball or worked in the concession stand for at least 2 seasons, you're eligible to apply for the Paris Optimist Foundation scholarship for graduating seniors in Lamar County. The application can be printed from this link:

For graduating seniors whose parents are members of Lamar County Farm Bureau on or before March 31.

The Scholarship Committee will award a one-time amount of $1000.00 each to two (2) individuals, that graduated (or will graduate) HS or is currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school in the Northeast Texas Region, for the 2025 Scholarships. Amounts are subject to change yearly.
